Capuano’s loss comes at a time when lawmakers are facing strong anti-establishment headwinds. Pressley seized on the progressive winds energizing the Democratic Party after 28-year-old and self-described democratic socialist Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez beat veteran Rep.
